meow

To my family

This is a card that I made for my family. I was inspired by one of Jayden's favorite books. I hope my family thinks of me every time they read that story... and then maybe they'll come home for me?

Day Three

I Think I am going CRAZY! That Fiero just won't leave me alone!

Even when I feel like I finally found a safe place to hide... I just can't shake the feeling that he is just around the corner getting ready to pounce...

We had a great battle today in which I had to protect my base from the evil beast. Here is a short clip from the action. Warning: This clip is not for the faint of heart.

As you can tell, I totally won. Lets just hope good fortune continues to shine down on me.

Meanwhile, I shall continue to spend my days watching out the window... eagerly awaiting the return of my family

Hmm....

Two full days have gone by... and still no family... I am beginning to think something is wrong....

Day Two

So I ended up having to spend the night over in this strange land! Although I found comfort in the fact that they had the same brand of ergonomic kitty beds as my family.

Of course, my arch-nemesis insisted on sharing a room with me! That cat follows me around everwhere!
Not much really happened today... Just spent the day watching out the window waiting for my family... It seems strange they haven't come back yet.

Meow?....

The oddest thing happened today. It started out like any other day... I woke up, stretched, looked for food, moved to the couch to take a nap, woke up, streched, ate some food dropped on the floor, looked out the window, was chased by the little man child... you know... the usual.
Then all of the sudden I was stuffed inside of this little blue plastic cage and was taken to a strange place. It was a land full of food! Hurray! It was like last summer all over again! Except something was different... instead of a harem of female cats, there was this orange, giant, crazy, violent squirrel like creature! Sure, I got to eat 3 1/2 bowls of food in a single day, but it definitely wasn't worth getting constantly attacked over.
So when my family came back over that evening I told them I wanted to go home. It took them forever to leave! They insisted on watching the little one go up and down the stairs over and over again! They were all cheering and clapping and telling him what a wonderful job he did. No one ever congratulates me for such meaningless tasks... but I digress.
Anyways... This is the strange part of my tale! In all the confusion that absent minded family of mine forgot to take me home with them! Won't they be surprised and feel silly when they realize I am not there... Any minute now they be knocking on the door to pick me up... any minute now.....
